4th of July in Forest Lake, White Bear Lake, and/or Roseville w/ Aerial Banners

Details
The American Atheists have paid for aerial banners to fly over 27 states on the 4th of July throughout the country including right here in Minnesota! The aerial banners will say "God-Less America" or "Atheism is Patriotic".
The city celebrations include Forest Lake, White Bear Lake, and Roseville. The plane will be towing the banner over the cities in that order from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
If you RSVP yes, please let us know which city celebration you'll be going to and how others might be able to find you. Bring a camera if you can to take pictures of the aerial banners!
If you're planning on going to the Forest Lake celebration, it appears that most of the festivities will be held at the American Legion - Post 225 (http://www.post225.com/Events/FourthOfJulySchedule.htm)
If you're planning on going to the White Bear Lake celebration, it appears that most of the festivities will be held at (or around) Memorial Beach (http://www.explorewhitebear.org/calendar.phtml) (11th and Lake Ave.)
If you're planning on going to the Roseville celebration, it appears that most of the festivities will be held at Central Park at Lexington (http://cityofroseville.com/index.aspx?NID=1237) ( 2540 Lexington Avenue North Roseville, MN)
I, personally, have never attended any of the three celebrations so my knowledge of where to meet is based on the information listed on the respective city websites. If anyone knows a better place to meet, please post it via "comment" on this page. The Roseville celebration had the most clear information regarding events and location so I think that might be the best place for us to meet, but I'm willing to meet where the majority decides. It's important that you list which celebration you are planning on attending, and updating that information if you change your mind.
