I am starting this meetup group for Models, Photographers, Makeup Artists, Clothing Designers, and anyone interested in modeling and photography. I would like to hold meetups, preferably in a photo studio, to learn and share different techniques in lighting, posing, and the different styles of modeling.
I have been a portrait photographer for almost 20 years and have worked with several models over the past few months. I am hoping this will create a network of people interested in modeling and model photography. We will also hold workshops for anyone interested in the artistic and glamour styles of modeling, as well as lighting indoors and outdoors.
Meet other local Models, or those interested in learning more about a career in modeling. Discuss the biz, share info, and network with one another. Photographers, make-up artists, and agents are all welcome!
