It's a place where we gather together, lift each other up, and motivate one another by working out and getting fit together! Moms Evo focuses on helping each and every mom "evolve" physically into the woman and mom they desire to be.
Moms Evolution is a new fitness program for the Lake Norman and surrounding areas. Our program is designed for moms at any season of motherhood. MomsEvo classes solely focuses on moms with the added benefit of allowing your baby (birth-walkers) to engage with you during your workout. Or, while you enjoy that one hour out of your day just for you, your toddler will join in on their own fitness class called Creative Movement.
Moms Evo promises to hold you accountable to your fitness goals while supporting you every step of the way. You will also get the benefit of a built- in mom's group, as we do playdates, mommy functions, and small groups. Come try us today! We work out at KadiFit in Cornelius.
