We also plan to share demo's of raw food prep, have stimulating speakers and much much more.
We want you to be involved in making this group exactly what you all need. Lets be a support and inspiration to each other. Don't hesitate to pass on any wonderful idea's that we could impliment.
We need you experienced raw foodists in the community, who have lived the raw food life-style to come forward and offer your expertise, share what you have.
Knowing how to cleanse the body effectively and thus keep disease far from us has a wonderfully liberating ring to it. Freedom from drugs, hospitals, pain and suffering and hope where there may have been a never ending battle of ill health. Natural health experts are welcome to share their knowledge and network with this group.
