PVGP: BIG MINI Event, Car Show at Schenley Park

The MINI Event of the summer is here!

PLEASE BRING CHAIRS OR A BLANKET TO SIT ON FOR LUNCH.

Cost:

The cost is $5/person - You MUST REGISTER & PAY (https://pittstop.clubexpress.com/content.aspx?page_id=87&club_id=896476&item_id=289764) by 7/17 at PittStopMINI.org (http://www.pittstopmini.org/) to participate!!! (While your there, join the club! It's only $10/year and helps us pay club expenses.). This includes lunch on Saturday and a pass to park your MINI adjacent to the tent for the car show Saturday and Sunday. Coffee & donuts will also be provided Saturday morning. MINI of Pittsburgh (http://www.miniofpittsburgh.com/) is picking up the tab again this year to make this event awesome.

Your registration money will go straight to the PVGP charities (http://www.pvgp.org/charities/)! (Note: This discounted entrance fee does not include PVGP dash plaques or programs. You can buy them at the PVGP swag tent.)

Schedule of Events:

8:00AM - Arrive at Parking Lot near Hot Metal Bridge, 3551 Second Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 (40.429342,-79.956697) coffee & donuts will be provided. (And we will be giving away some track rides!)

9:30AM - We will caravan POLICE ESCORTED on CLOSED streets to Schenley! The parade leaves at 9:30 SHARP!!

10:00AM - Arrive at Schenley Park Car Show

12:00PM - Lunch is served (please bring your own chair or blanket for seating!)

1:30PM - Enjoy the car shows & races until 4:00PM

Car Show Location:
The MINI tent is located on the golf course at turn 13. You will need to enter Schenley Park from the top of Schenley Drive by the club house and you will be directed down the hill and turn left at GATE E

Sunscreen!!
Picnic Chairs or blanket to sit on
Cooler with extra bottled water (or other beverages, stay hydrated!)
Cash (in case you want to buy a t-shirt or other PVGP swag)
