What: Walnut Creek Wednesday Workday
When: Wednesday, June 19 from 5:30PM to 8:30PM
Where: Meet in pool parking lot. We will head into the trail at 5:30PM.
What will we be doing: We will be removing the log pile in Marks' Art. It has deteriorated to an unsafe level and with the "No Chainsaw" policy in effect by the City of Austin we cannot cut and bring in new logs to rehab or restore it. Additionally as part of the removal we will be doing rehab on several of the root sections in Mark's Art and some erosion control on the trail. If you miss us in the parking lot, we will be at the Log pile in Mark's Art.
What to bring: gloves, trimming tools, digging tools, fluids.
