Game Night at FFG (Thursday, Oct 17th)

#4–06: The Green Market -

tier 5-6 (GM Sarah Willson)

David B, Julian, Sarah Wilks, Sven - (2 open)

tier 5-6 (GM Andy Christian)

JM Neal, Kyle, Troy, Jack - (2 open)

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 5–9.

When an ally of the Society reports that her sister's business is being harassed by the Aspis Consortium in the Varisian city of Korvosa, a team of Pathfinder agents is dispatched to the Green Market to assist. What they find there is more than simple strong-arming and intimidation, however. What mysterious forces bring the popular market its unlikely success, and can the PCs stop the Aspis Consortium from gaining control of what could become a lucrative resource for the rival organization?  -Written by Jim Groves.

#2-19: Shades of Ice—Part III: Keep of the Huscarl King

Tier 1-2 (GM Kjersten)

Jason, Greep, Dylan, - (3 open)

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st to 5th level characters (Tiers: 1-2 and 4-5).

Information in the Shadow Lodge headquarters in Whitethrone leads you into the Realm of the Mammoth Lords in search of an abandoned tower of a lost Ulfen king. The powerful weapon rumored to be there could be disastrous if it falls into the hands of those who plot the Pathfinder Society’s destruction; who will find it first?  -Written by Jesse Benner.

About this Game Day:

This is an announcement for a locally scheduled game day on the first and third Thursday of every month at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center in Roseville, Minnesota. We try to schedule multiple low-tier tables and at least one high tier table for each session and manage three regular tables, with a fourth becoming a regular occurrence. Games start about 6:30 and last five hours (scheduled to end at 11:30) and the GMs arrive around 6 PM for set-up and questions. While registration for events is not required, it is encouraged as registered attendees will be guaranteed a seat for play (information regarding registration can be found below).

We cater to new players and experienced Pathfinders alike, both young and old. All of our members are fantastic and display a true love for the game. We offer a friendly environment to meet new players and to experience the fun of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game with other fans. As a family friendly group we encourage families to join the fun as well. It should be noted that although Pathfinder Society adventures are written with a PG-13 rating in mind, we place no age restriction on play (children under the age of 15 are expected to have parent or guardian supervision during the games).

I look forward to seeing you there!

This Game Day at Fantasy Flight Games is hosted by Dave Cook (Event Organizer for FFG).

Hope everyone had fun! :-) Sorry Amiri came in and killed everything else. At least you were on your own for the last fight! (When the <redacted> took her out right away)

Ok... I'll need to eat before hand (right, as do we all?)

So, who's up for going to BWW for a quick bite, a toast to the fallen, etc? That, and a thinly veiled attempt to get our GMs tipsy, and thus more lenient? :D

Where do you live, I might be able to give you a ride?

      October 17, 2013

  • Sven

Interested in the Green Market table. Any clue what tier and who is running it?

    • Dave C.

OK, everyone stop stressing. Just show up, and I am sure you will come up with a decent solution.

      October 17, 2013

    • Andy C.

      Wow, that happened fast

  • Dave C.

Shades of Ice... Kitty, I guess you will have to play it by ear.
You *almost* had six, then three dropped. Maybe someone can give Staci a ride so you will have 4? You could always run three with a GM-run pregen.

The real issue (imho) is that now people are running Tues & Wed, we are losing some players. Time was we could fill four tables.

In any case, I do plan to start offering newer scenarios. I am pretty sure Shades of Ice has now been played out. I have high hopes for November.
