SATURDAY FITNESS CAMP
Come join us for an hour each Saturday morning at 8 am for a fun fitness class in the park!
Our group classes are fun and focused on interval/circuit training for a variety of fitness levels.
This is NOT a macho bootcamp. It's a chance to get your exercise in early , meet new friends and diversify (or start) your fitness routine.
All fitness levels welcomed, so bring a friend and try it out.
Instructors are nationally certified and insured. Oh, and we are also fun and do not intimidate you!

We offer a small group yoga classes. Call or email for the current schedule.
Yoga will ease the rush and stress of modern life while building physical strength and flexibility. You'll learn and improve classic Hatha postures and technique, while building a calm, positive attitude.
Classes are enjoyed in a private outdoor setting admist the calming effects of the waterfalls in our tranquility garden.
