Take control of your own safety by taking a self defense class! Learning self defense techniques helps send a message to yourself and others that you value your safety. We lock our doors to prevent a robber from breaking in. Why not protect yourself? Learning and implementing self defense and awareness techniques certainly enhance your chances of protecting yourself and remaining safe from harm. Have a child getting ready to head to college or already in college? Sleep better knowing they know how to protect themself!

Our instructor has a very strong background in law enforcement and will help boost your confidence and self esteem, ease your worries about being attacked, create awareness and empower you to protect yourself! Our classes are not only empowering and informative, but we create a serious yet fun environment in which to learn!

Our classes are NOT martial arts based.

The Basic Self Defense program includes physical techniques and practice. This class focuses on teaching us verbal and non-verbal self defense techniques and physical self defense techniques. You will learn basic techniques, identify pressure points, how to free yourself from an attacker and techniques for fighting on the ground. All moves will be demonstrated and practiced to insure you can comfortably and confidently defend yourself.

Our Advanced Self Defense Class is a full practical on hands class that expands on what you have learned in the Basic Class and introduces several additional techniques. There is no classroom training. The class will provide more in-depth training and hands on practice.

Our Situational Awareness program addresses credit card fraud prevention, safety and self defense awareness and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations, personal safety measures to introduce to your daily routines, and facts and alarming statistics about our immediate area. The class focuses on teaching us verbal and non-verbal self defense techniques and how to use everyday items as weapons.
