Tell us something about your name (first, middle, last, nick, handle, etc).

James (Jay) Buckley, common handle is ziadeko My grand father was named James, My father Bryan, My Son is Bryan. I hoped to start Family a tradition to Alternate James and Bryan (my grand father is not james) rather then sr/jr. Now that i am in writing this out, seems It seemed like a good idea when i was 23

How did you get interested in: computers, databases, mysql? (pick one or all of the topics)

Father was a software engineer, which was non ultra common in the late 1970's. 37 not old (not young) for a engineer. I had T.I. and then apple 2 when first came out. My first program task given to me by my dad (make the stick figure demo program Walk) - this was cool back then. For DB, in my opinion this is the CS field where the human condition and systems are most closely linked (less cybernetics). Mysql, I have a general passion for open source. Hard to debate that MYSQL does its job very well and the community is unmatched - debates on oracle aside.
