Sean's İmambayıldı. (Stuffed Aubergine)
I will stuff mine with Aubergine, Bell Pepper and tomato's! It has Turmeric,a specific rare type of yellow split peas,organic beef,rice,onions, lots fresh parsley, chive, green onions and one other secret green ingredient all intertwined with a magical lemon/tomato red sauce...makes this dish very,very special.(A very unique and special bread would be served with this dish)
