June is focused on modern ways to write javascript. While there are plenty, we're going to focus on Clojurescript, and ES6.

Joe is a polyglot software engineer, currently working as a consultant. He is an advocate of functional programming to solve difficult problems, tackle concurrency, and make the world a safer, simpler, and more enjoyable place for developers. This talk is a quick intro to ClojureScript, what it is and why you should take a serious look at it.

Blaine Kasten - Writing ES6 now.
Blaine is the organizer for the Lincoln NEJS Meetup, And by the time this meetup happens, a front end engineer at Hudl! His focus is the future and how to bring it to now. This talk on the next version of javascript (ECMAScript 6) focuses on the new exciting features it adds to the language, and how we can start writing it now!
