Civic Hack Night - #HackForChange redux

We had some great progress at the #HackForChange event and we're going to follow up with our Proof of Concept for GPS bus tracking for the City of New Haven!

Our goal is to pilot a GPS tracker on the Green bus that goes from the New Haven Green to Union Station.
