Don't Close the Door - Theatre adventure

In preparation for our trips to Poland: skiing in January and horse riding and kayaking in May, I have decided to share some of the Polish culture with you. We have various Polish restaurants on the program as well, as theatre, music and arts. :)

Photo: We watched the first time we have done this Play and it was great to see the response from the audience! Dont close the Door! at the Barons Court Theatre.

'Don't Close the Door' is a fast paced and fascinating comedy that challenges stereotypes. One of the leading roles is played by a Polish actor, Luke, more info about him below.

The play has had good reviews and it seems to have a humorous plot: a Latino cleaner, a Jamaican courier and a Polish maintenance contractor are the victims of a faulty doorknob and end up trapped in a basement over Christmas. With only a chocolate cookie, a kettle and a bucket, can they stop blaming each other? Can they overcome their prejudices? More importantly, will they all make it past Boxing Day?

Fee: £13.50, includes the tickets and paypal charges.
