http://photos4.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/8/c/3/4/event_90635892.jpegParElastic (http://www.parelastic.com) - Cloud based application developers have long struggled with database scalability challenges. Many have struggled with techniques like partitioning or sharding, others have attempted NoSQL based solutions and while there are no doubt some who have succeeded, all have struggled and hated it. When your applications database demands exceed the capacity of a single database server, you have a choice. You can either spend inordinate amounts of time and effort making your data tier scalable, or you can let ParElastic handle scalability, and continue to focus your innovation on your own product!
