Mobilize NOW! D.C. Climate Emergency Day of Action

Join The Climate Mobilization "TCM" at the U.S. Capitol in Wash., D.C. on Sunday, July 10, 2016 for a glimpse of the future we want, and how we get there. Following a national address by "the President of the United States'" recounting how the country was able to dramatically cut its total greenhouse gas emissions since 2016 (the year is 2020!), speakers and live music will inspire us in this short summertime event.
This Climate Mobilization (TCM) event in Wash., D.C. is just one of numerous TCM events occurring around the country on July 10th, all of which are calling for a WWII-scale mobilization by the United States to preserve our stable climate. Be a part of history as we peacefully demand that our country mobilize to stop global warming!

Use of Metro is highly recommended.
Union Station (red line), then walk to the lawn on west side of Capitol, or
Capitol South (orange/silver/blue) with similar walk.
Please dress for weather and no shade. Event goes rain or shine.

Final thought: "It always seems impossible until it's done."  Nelson Mandela
