The New York City Yoga Society Holding Donation Based Classes

Vinyasa Yoga Class taught by Randi

Date: Monday March 17, 2008
Time: 6:45 am - 8:15 am
 *Champion Dance Studios*
Street: 257 W 39 St 14th floor b/n 7 and 8 Ave
City/State/Zip: New York, ny, 10006

Who should come:
Folks who dig yoga (or think they might dig it) and want to practice in a low key, non-judgmental, non-intimidating environment with some darn good folks.

Classes are structured with your needs in mind. Perfect for any level. Lessons are taught at an intermediate pace with modifications for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Our classes are as good as they are in any studio...and the price is better!

We structure lessons in multiple layers. We move through postures with energetic principles in mind, so you're left feeling calm and relaxed. We choose postures for their health benefits, achieving toned muscles, detoxified organs, and increased flexibility. We incorporate lessons that you'll find yourself coming back to over and over again in your life off of the yoga mat. And most importantly we structure classes so you leave with that glorious yoga BUZZZZ.

How to find the organizer(s):
--Amanda Digiovanna and Lauren Ferreira

Please plan to share your good vibes, hard efforts and whatever you can afford to help cover the cost of the room ($10-15 suggested donation-more is great if you can, less is great if you can't)!

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and whatever props you normally use in your yoga practice.

For updated class schedules, times, places, and events please join our meetup or yahoo groups...
