What started as a trip to South America turned into a 2 year adventure in Buenos Aires, where Marc sought to learn everything about tango: the culture, people, music and dance. His immersion into the Argentine culture changed the course of his life and is now the central focus of his career.
2 years later, after starting to DJ out of a simple need for music at an event, tango music now inspires, amazes, and sometimes even drives Marc crazy! His intuitive sense for what simply works, a deep schooling in tango music history, and a never-ending quest for sonic excellence, makes comments like "I couldn't sit down all night; the music was incredible!" pretty common.
Marc was the resident DJ of two weekly milongas in Buenos Aires and currently DJ's two weekly events (one traditional and one alternative) in Philadelphia. He is a sought after DJ in the area, playing regularly at different events in Philadelphia and NYC. http://urban-tango.com/
