So, you're learning Japanese.

Maybe you're taking it as a college class or maybe you're studying at home by yourself, but no matter how you look at it learning a new language is H-A-R-D!

One of the toughest aspects of learning a new language is the practical application. Sure, you can memorize the vocabulary and recite all the grammar rules, but having an actual, non-scripted conversation is a whole different bucket of fish.

That's what this group is for. It's a place to meet people who are learning Japanese and want to practice. This is not a "class" where someone would hand out homework and everyone would be required to use the same textbook.

Native speakers who'd like to lend a helping hand are more than welcome as well!

Use the forum to introduce yourself and meet others. Then, come to group meetings where you to meet with your study buddies in an open and public forum. This is a GREAT way for you to find someone who is interested, and in your skill level.
