My REASONING? We all love film but sometimes it's nice to get a little LIVE culture now and then. You may or may not know, but aside from my work in film, I also write and perform theatrically in NYC, most often at the famed Cornelia Street Cafe in the West Village. So, if you're retired, self-employed or have a flexible work schedule - slip into the city for some "cultchah" - a great way to start the week!

DESCRIPTION: I'm part of this eclectic troupe of 12 talented writer/performers reading their latest original monologues - from hilarious to heart-breaking. Mind-bending and thought-provoking. It's really fun show that has become a hot ticket in town.

AFTER THE SHOW: It's little tables with booze and great food - so if you're starving you can eat during the show (just don't slurp) or let me know if you'd like to stay and eat with the actors afterward - we usually rope in a couple of tables upstairs at the restaurant to talk about the work and stuff our faces. (We ALL even get a 20% Artists discount if we pay cash.)
