Great introduction to MeetUp events and tech folks in NJ. Laid back, casual, but still focussed and informative. LOVED the fact that everything was kept moving on schedule.

Aaron runs one of the best meetup groups for the tech, entrepreneur, investor community in the Tri-state area. It's the perfect balance of networking, learning and interaction with light hearted fun and jokes weaved into the night. I always meet such quality folks and have a blast at the #NJTM and will be back next month! Aaron, bring back the COW BELL please!

A really interesting mix of very entrepreneurial startups presenting and a world class guest speaker.

I met some good people in the networking before. The program was interesting. I thought the South Asian wardrobe rental company presenter was very good. Contrary, the presenter for the bring business back to town was unclear of his process. He had no stats of any kind to back up. I enjoyed the main speaker Guy Story. Enjoyed hearing his personal timeline.

On reflection I think Guy's presentation would have been better with a lessons-learned take on the strategy of platform adoption. Was ubiquity as important as they thought, looking back could they have picked winners better and how? What were the challenges marketing over so many platforms? How did they determine what was product core and what could slide? What's the best approach to winning adoption? What are the implications for startups in terms of building networks, hiring technical reps?

It's a bit of a reach from music delivery to the current explosion of social and mobile platforms, and I didn't see it myself until overnight. But I wish he'd made more of the analogy to today's platform relationship issues.

Only one of the startup presentations was interesting. Of the others, one was a pretty good market opportunity analysis but didn't display evidence of a great product or any real traction. The other was just pie-in-the-sky.

Presented our Vidoovy video platform last night and had a very valuable experience doing so. If you want to build a better mousetrap having smart people offer suggestions and question how you plan to do it helps you build it faster. Thank you for letting us have the floor!

It was my first time at the NJ Tech Meetup and I had a great time. It was very good to network with like minded people and the sessions had a lot of learning to offer.

I think after NJ Tech Meetup 25, you will have achieved a good number of events... and can switch the naming strategy. I find it hard to keep track of 23 or 24 or 20. It would be easier on us "lay" people ... calling it NJ Tech Meetup - June 2012 or something like that.

I enjoyed the guest. I tend to prefer guests who focus on tech as opposed to tech finance.
