Exploring Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistric Programming), Coaching, Somatics (body awareness), FACS, EFT and other alternative tools for self-knowledge, growth, communication, influence, sales, healing, recreation &/or curiosity. All skills levels from novice to expert are welcome to learn and explore. We'll even have fun exploring some film and TV, such as "The Mentalist" & "Lie to Me", recent TV series which sometimes use different aspects of NLP, hypnosis and related work in their episodes.

Every time we examine a memory, it is said we re-encode that experience as we put it back into the memories. Each time, we are presented with a new opportunity to change that memory and how we feel about it.

Have fun, learn new skills, practice old ones, share knowledge, information, learning and growth. We support each other, make connections, learn and grow.

Explore Yourself! Explore Your Reality!

The skills we share are powerful technologies for growth and transformation. Learn to transform old habits, beliefs into powerful new ones and create a richer, more fulfilling life for yourself.

Make Change Happen! Become More Magnificent!

Lose weight, improve your health, change habits, become more confident, reduce stress, learn how to alter beliefs, behaviors, fears, anxiety, etc. Learn how to communicate with people powerfully, easily, effortlessly

As a non-practicioner I find the tools learned to be very helpful in coping with life. It's better than traditional talk therapy.
