Exploring Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistric Programming), Coaching, Somatics (body awareness), FACS, EFT and other alternative tools for self-knowledge, growth, communication, influence, sales, healing, recreation &/or curiosity. All skills levels from novice to expert are welcome to learn and explore. We'll even have fun exploring some film and TV, such as "The Mentalist" & "Lie to Me", recent TV series which sometimes use different aspects of NLP, hypnosis and related work in their episodes.

Every time we examine a memory, it is said we re-encode that experience as we put it back into the memories. Each time, we are presented with a new opportunity to change that memory and how we feel about it.
