In this meet up we'll have a special mini talk held by Alex Staenke about procrastination:
"I am trying to work - but nothing happens!"
It's not because you are not doing anything - it's just not the right thing you are doing... Welcome to procrastination! Procrastination is defined as "delaying the beginning or completing of an intended course of action". Believe it or not but there is a mountain of scientific research on this topic. Really! We are going to look at some of it to understand why procrastination happens and what you can do about it. The talk will end with some tipps, tricks and recommendations on how to get stuff done.
