Meet others in your local area who enjoy running and walking as a means to better mental and physical health. Planned group runs, participating in various long and short distances and shared training regimens. Helping each other to keep fit and finishing our runs upright and smiling!
The impetus of this group is to inspire and encourage each other to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Serious and casual runners and walkers are equally welcome and desired. We are here to support each other, training for half marathons or full marathons or just trying to get back into shape. "Running" means that you have at least one foot off the ground at all times, slow or fast does not define a runner so please join us!
NOTE CHANGE: We are meeting at the Elderidge parking lot instead of the parking off of the beltway :) If you mapquest Terry Hershey, I believe those directions take you straight to it. Call me if you get lost!
