The New York Athletic Club (NYAC) Backgammon Club is pleased to announce that on Sunday, November 22nd, 2009, it will host the 2nd Annual NYC Open Mayor’s Cup Backgammon Championship. Last year’s event proved very successful, attracting a lot of interest from New York backgammon community. Such top US players as Perry Gartner, Rod Covlin, Rich Munitz, Alan Grunwald, Victor Ashkenazi, Allen Hodis, and many others came to compete. Read more
