Microsoft Azure in collaboration with Cloud Foundry

Microsoft Azure is seeing strong growth in the public cloud market along with exciting plans for an on-premise Azure Stack offering later this year. Pivotal is proud to host Gil Isaacs and Stuart Charlton to discuss Pivotal Cloud Foundry on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft’s work in the Cloud Foundry community. Gil is a Microsoft Developer Evangelist and a specialist in Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions. Stuart is an Advisory Platform Architect working closely with Pivotal’s customers across North America.

Gil will be talking to us about Microsoft’s work with Cloud Foundry and the open source community. Microsoft has contributed the BOSH Cloud Provider Interface (CPI) for CF on Azure. Gil will also discuss the efforts in bringing Azure services into the Cloud Foundry marketplace.

Stuart will demo and talk about the Azure Marketplace offering of Pivotal Cloud Foundry, a quick and easy way to get PCF and common marketplace services up and running on Azure with just a few clicks.
