Want to attend?

You are invited to attend a self defense class afterwork on Wednesday November 11th, in Midtown, on the East Side. Location TBD.

**We will meet inside of the Food Exchange, located at 309 Madison Avenue. Please be sure to bring your Photo ID for admission to the Facility**

The class will be taught again by Howard Sun, a 3 degree black belt, and will focus on self defense techniques. Read more
