High Resolution Production Media and the Cloud:

Aaron Holm, VP of Development for Industrial Color Software will give a presentation on the evolution of the company's GLOBALedit and FileSociety platforms. Serving over 200 TB of high resolution production media to user communities at Victoria's Secret, NBC Unviersal, Showtime, Warner Brothers, New York & Company, McGraw Hill, and others the company's systems represent a shift in core media production towards the cloud computing model. In this one hour session, Aaron will cover systems architecture, software architecture, UI design, scalability, high availability, and high speed file transfer.

iPhone and Cloud - Summer has been difficult to get great presenter's like Aaron Holm to commit to attending a meet up. The presentation slated for the second hour of our August meet up did not pan out. I hope you don't mind, but I will try and fill second hour.
