Join us for a special evening as we meet up with Jeff Barr from Amazon WebServices.
Jeff will present an in-depth look at two of Amazon’s newest services : the Virtual Private Cloud and the Relational Database Service. The Virtual Private Cloud (VPC for short) makes it easy to create a secure and seamless bridge between a company’s existing IT infrastructure and the AWS cloud. The Relational Database Service (RDS) makes it easy to set up, scale, and operate a relational database in the cloud. Jeff enjoys fielding questions from the audience, so don’t be shy.

Jeff Barr is a Senior Evangelist for the Amazon Web Services. Jeff travels the world to speak to and meet with businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and software developers. A prolific blogger, Jeff has written over 900 posts for the Amazon Web Services Blog (AWS TypePad) and another 1100 for his personal blog (Jeff Barr's Blog).
