NOTE: AlleyNYC informs me that they will send one thank-you email to all attendees, and never send you anything else. They have an opt-in policy regarding emails after the first email. If you experience anything different than this, please let us know. If you have a privacy issue and absolutely do not want your email address shared with the host, let me know.

Many thanks to AlleyNYC for giving us massive space for tech talks right before PyCon.

If you're speaking at PyCon, this is your chance to do a practice run. If you simply want to show us all something awesome, this is your chance. You'll have the floor for 45 minutes. There's room for four talks, and a few lightning talks in between. Other languages and tools/techniques/topics are welcome, this is not just Python.

Contact me if you wish to speak. Speakers will be announced on this Meetup page, so please check back for updates.

This meetup requires a sign-in sheet and a form of identification, unfortunately. There are limited amounts of walk-ins allowed, you will have to add your name to a sign in sheet when you arrive. To respect your privacy, if you do not use your real name on Meetup, send me an email with your username and real name after RSVP-ing. I'll use this to construct a correct sign-in sheet for the event. Place "MARCH 7TH NAME" in the subject, so I can scrape/sort these emails.

Please, no recruiters, no hiring managers, the only exceptions are pizza/beer sponsors. Only sign a sign-in sheet held either by a security guard or myself, all others are fake. Notify me on the spot if you see any other sign-in sheets.

We need pizza and beverage sponsors. In exchange you get five minutes to talk about your project, if you're hiring, etc. Contact V James or myself for details.

Thank you, and see you in March!

Gloria
