Hi, Wondering about the format of this meeting. Was hoping problems might be posed to the group to be solved using Python?

Excellent. Pose some problems.

You could. Come on over to the event and we'll give you plenty of sufficient exercises. What are you working with, Libby?
Ehtesh mentioned http://www.pythonchal... as one option. He works with people on those challenges and algorithmic problems on the Sunday meetups at AlleyNYC, so def check that out. Come by Saturday if you can to give pythonchallenge a shot!
I wasn't sure about the title of the group is this for Saturdays Group or Sundays Group?
Do I just need to bring my laptop with me? I am new to Python myself.
Thanks again for this awesome opportunity
It's "Can't make X" where X is the day of the study group. Laptop is highly recommended but not required.
Awesome thanks Gloria I found the Sunday Group after I mistakenly accepted the Saturday Group. One more question I am assuming WI-FI will be available for us to connect?
Wifi is available at both locations, although one member running Windows 7 had issues connecting at Think Coffee last week.
Thanks Very much for the heads up Emily I do have Windows 7 as well i'll give it go.
It will be pretty hard to work through and learn Python without a laptop, just to let you know.
Agrant, I have been told this adapter came in handy for people who had network issues: http://www.newegg.com...
I am trying to learn more about Python. I really want to meet people who are using this software and learn more.
Been dabbling with Python on and off for a while now. Looking forward to this:)

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
