For the Love of Python: Wine tasting, Red velvet cupcakes, and Tech Talks

Lot 18 (map)

Selected By: Gloria W

For one night in February, forget that overrated Eros, Platos, Agape stuff. Come and celebrate your unhealthy obsession and/or love for Python!

Anthony D'Alessandro from Lot 18 will be hosting our next meetup. Since his company provides premium wines to the general public, he promises wine tasting and red velvet cupcakes. Yay!

To make this night complete, I'm going to ask for someone to sponsor finger food for this event. if you've offered to sponsor pizza in the recent past and your offer still holds, please reach me!

For anyone speaking at PyCon, this is your chance to do a dry run in front of a receptive crowd. Please reach me if you'd like to run through your talk at Lot18.

January's Meetup simply rocked, and this one will too. I want to thank this community for being who you are. Never change.

Speakers:

Robert Hancock will speak bout Python 2.7 and GAE.

A. Jesse Jiiryu Davis from 10gen will talk about writing asynchronous web applications using Python and MongoDB.

T Edward Hall will speak about his LGHTsrc project.
