NYC lead developer / CTO role at jQTouch / PhoneGap / Python / MongoDB startup

Pythoneers, I'm a software developer advertising a Python (and many
other technologies) position at Oxford Technology Ventures, an NYC
consultancy. I already posted this a month ago but we haven't found
quite the right person, so I'm holding out hope.

I'm the lead developer on a people-matching platform that will power a
dating website, a social networking site, and iPhone and Android apps.
We're using Python, Tornado, Backbone.js, Coffeescript, PhoneGap, and
MongoDB. I'm taking a new job, and I'm looking for someone to replace
me as CTO / lead developer. Someone with strong Python, Javascript,
and MongoDB experience who can apply her or his creativity and
initiative to bringing our alpha-stage product to a public release,
and stay on to maintain and develop the app as it evolves.

You'll have a maximally flexible work schedule (work where & when you
want), plenty of opportunity for your personality and inventiveness,
and loving support from me, the original developer.
