Looks like there are 42 people signed up already for our May meeting -
before I've even sent out any info about what we're doing. Great!
(I've got info, planning on sending it out tonight)
As you know, we have problems finding a reliable space for our
meetings (although I am enjoying getting a chance to travel around to
all these companies in NYC that are using python.) In this case, I'm
still working on determining how much space we have exactly.
For that reason, I've put a cap on the number of people who can sign
up for the meeting. I'll let you know when I know the specifics of
the space we have, but suffice it to say some people will likely be
standing again. So, like last time, remember: the meetup.com signup
is optional, but there's no guarantee in terms of whether you'll be
able to sit at the event.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Again, if you know of a reliable space
where we could host these meetups, maybe with space to hold...60,
given the trends, let me know!
