RStudio + lightning talks

Details
RStudio is a new integrated development environment (IDE) for R. RStudio combines an intuitive user interface with powerful coding tools to help you get the most out of R.
This month, we will be hosting J.J. Allaire, the principal developer of RStudio and company founder. J.J. has many years of experience developing large software products, including ColdFusion (http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/) and Window's Live Writer (http://explore.live.com/windows-live-writer?os=mac).
In his talk J.J. will discuss the origins and future directions of the RStudio project, show the basic features of the IDE, demo and discuss how to deploy RStudio Server (running R on a Linux server and accessing the IDE through a web browser), as well as preview the next beta release of RStudio.
