We have a very special guest -- filmmaker Jim Bruce will be coming from Los Angeles. Jim is well known for his documentary about the 2008 financial crisis, "Money for Nothing" and the Federal Reserve's role in handling it. He gives talks nationally on this topic.

Jim’s expertise has been widely recognized and he has appeared on CNBC, NPR, MSNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business, He has spoken at Harvard Business School and the Dutch Central Bank, and appeared on panels with Nobel Laureate economists and Federal Reserve Members.

We will also be having a brief talk on real estate from our resident real estate expert, Kelly Killian, who will be updating us on whats going on in the residential market in New York City.
