Much smaller than expected, disorganized (questions about setup were never answered and the only communication was an email the day of the event), and very few candidates with any experience.

It was unusually warm out that night and turning off the heaters in the building was impossible, apologies for the discomfort. We did open the windows. These job fairs are not supposed to be like large convention halls, and they're not supposed to be super organized. These are home brew style engineering events that try and shy away from the over professionalism found in NYC. Companies sign up last minute, most don't even pay before they arrive. It is a community gathering of sorts where good hires are made and will continue to be made. If you made one good contact, it should have been productive. Does having a map or literature really effect anything or is it just over embellishment?

Hoping to make this event, looks awesome I've been working on a project http://Codewars.com - an addictive way to sharpen your code skills through code challenges. It's a platform for user-created kata, and crowd-sourced solutions. Would appreciate any feedback!

That's odd - is it giving you an error message? Does it let you submit your kata solution?

Nope, doesn't even display the kata.
