No mats needed. Adults and older teens of all levels of physically fitness are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing.
Laughing with others is priceless. The Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club is a sliding scale of $10-20--suggested fee of at least $15 to cover my costs.
This laughter club meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
Our group has been meeting since January 2007. An average of about 10-15 people usually attend.
