You can be a part of this effort. Oak Park, the western suburbs, and the west side of Chicago serve an important role in President Barack Obama's government. We must let our friends and our family throughout America know what we in Illinois have known for years. Barack Obama is special.
We'll make sure to keep a time for our usual "free form" discussion of regional, state, and federal politics. Our MeetUp continues to provide ideas and direction to local Democratic Party officials, and serve as conduit for thought on Democratic politics.
