New Greeting for“Hi Tifinay, Anyone under 18 need their guardian/parent to sign a waiver and be present before they can participate. We don't normally have children working out with us but on occasion members have brought young kids to the meetup. This is more like a study/practice group and not so much a martial art class so you might find things to be less formal than what you may have seen at martial arts school. DC”posted by dc

New Greeting for“Hi Erick, Once you turn into Deerwood, you'll see a bunch of us doing martial arts stuff so we're pretty hard to miss. We are next to the rec center - park on the side streets. People trickle in at different times so 10:30 am is good time most people begin to show up. If you come right at 10 am, you can stretch out, chat and get to know the other early birds.
