What we’re about
Sunburst is a Sustainable Living cooperative Farm which provides opportunities for beginner farmers.
We try to offer monthly meetings designed to inspire, educate and bring people together around such topics as: reducing your personal carbon footprint, peak oil, composting, farming, (hydroponics, aqua-culture, and aquaponics), slow foods, local agriculture, permaculture, water catchment, wind power, solar power, and other renewable & less polluting fuels.
We will be offering hands on workshops and lectures to design and build some projects.
Members of the group share books, films, ideas, insights and other information to assist each other in living more sustainably.
The group encourages members to foster sustainability within their communities, municipalities and other local organizations.
Come to one of our Sunburst meetup group's to discuss ways of addressing earthly concerns as individuals and as a community.
