3 Hara Reiki Practice Night
Fitzroy Community School, 597 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy North, AUNamaste Healer,
Unlike Indian yogic traditions, with their chakra-based systems, traditional Reiki works with 3 key energy centres, often called the three haras.
Used together, they help you merge the material with the spiritual.
They ground you. They improve your intuition. They uplift your energy.
They harmonise all of the energy in your body.
They are the 'secret sauce' to traditional Japanese Reiki, and at this practice night, I'll show you how to get the most out of them.
Hope to see you there.
Shine brightly,
Jeremy
PS You can learn more about the three haras by checking out my Reiki article, 'The Power of Three'.
PPS This Will Transform Your Healing!
If you're looking for more ways to expand your healing, consider learning the Pellowah healing method.
Pellowah healing is an ultra-high vibrational healing modality that works exclusively on the auric field and is especially good for working on chronic issues and clearing energetic blocks.
The perfect partner to Reiki, you'll be amazed by what it can do for you.
