Join this group of amazing women and meet other moms "in the northend" (north of Seattle) for activities for moms & kids and family events.
This group is geared primarily for active moms & kiddos under 5. "Active" doesn't mean we go hiking & running all the time, but that we like to get out of the house and do stuff!

Group Guidelines:

~ We require a photo of yourself in your profile. We would love if your profile picture is headshot or close photo where we can see your face. This is very helpful in finding other members at the meetups. (usually people will be looking at a thumbnail on their phone) :)

~ There are no membership dues. However, we would love anything you are able to donate to help with our meetup.com expenses: Meetup.com charges organizers $144 a year to run their own group. 

~ Comments on your RSVP's and feedback/ratings on meetups are much appreciated. You do not need to RSVP "No" unless you are changing from a "Yes" (in which case that is the only other option).

~ Please be courteous to meetup hosts by keeping your RSVPs accurate. At many events we reserve tables, make accommodations for a certain number of guests or have a limit to how many guests can come so please be polite and help us plan accurately.
If you RSVP Yes to a meetup, show up. We hate no-show's! No fun for anyone.
If you can't make it to a meetup, change your RSVP with as much notice as possible. 

~ We ask that you attend a meetup at least once a month so we can build friendships (shouldn't be hard to do, right?). If you have not come to a meetup within that time frame, we will contact you to see if you are still interested in the group. If special circumstances have prevented you from being active, do not worry and just let one of the organizers know. 
If you don't see a meetup that works for you, post one of your own! All members can post meetups on our group and we encourage participation and sharing of ideas. Pick a day, place & time that works for you and post on our homepage where it says, "Let's meetup and..." 

These rules are for safety reasons. We are women posting where we will be and when, which other group members can see. Think about all the creepies out there 
...yeah I know. 
We want to be sure you are who you say you are. (hence the photo requirement) 

AND it's also because we are also interested in having members who want to get out and do things. That's the point right? If we just wanted cyberfriends, we would just be on Facebook.

We would also love it if you would like to host a meetup!
