Marconi

Marconi (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Marconi) is a new project within the community and implements a queueing and notification service. Allan Metts from Rackspace will introduce the project and discuss the project's future plans.

Portland Conference and Design Summit Recap

It was exciting week at the OpenStack Portland Conference and Summit. The conference set another attendance record with deployers, enterprise, and vendors showing OpenStack in action. The developers met simultaneously to discuss the plans for the Havana release. This will be an open discussion, so we'd love to hear from everyone who was in Portland.
