Linux Network Namespaces: how they are used in OpenStack and Docker.

This month Mike Wilson of Mirantis will be talking to us about a feature of the Linux kernel called network namespaces. Namespaces are used in OpenStack and other technologies like Docker and LXC to implement some key virtualization use cases. We will go over the kernel implementation with some basic examples in C and userspaces tools like iproute2. We will also dive into OpenStack and Docker's usage of namespaces.
