OpenStack Foundation Meetup during Cloud Connect SV 2012

Jonathan Bryce and Mark Collier will walk through the published OpenStack foundation structure draft (http://wiki.openstack.org/Governance/Foundation/Structure) proposal for input, feedback and questions. We plan to stream the meeting via ustream ( http://www.ustream.tv/channel/openstack ), but will also follow up with another webinar, mailing list (http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/foundation) discussions and additional chances for input if you cannot make this event.
This will wrap by up by 6 pm. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Directions/Logistics:
A shuttle bus will be provided from the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara to the Yahoo! offices. It will pick up attendees at 4 pm at the the main lobby entrance and return at 6 pm.
