Example of Active Isolated stretching method for low back and leg pain or tension. AIS founder Aaron Mattes assists with the stretch. Note how the position allows the target muscles to get optimal stretch when it is <not> weight bearing. While there are 50+ stretch positions, Carole Jackson will demonstrate sets of AIS for one or two areas of the body chosen through stretch volunteer feed back. Common requests are neck, shoulders, low back, and feet.
