Women's Outdoor Recreation

This is the place for women of all ages and skill levels to learn and share outdoor skills such as hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, map reading, horseback riding, etc. I would like to see married and single women-- and even mother's and grandmother's attend.

I have written a guide to outdoor recreation in Kansas titled KANSAS OUTDOOR TREASURES. We will visit many of the places listed in my book and on my web site at: http://www.trailsofkansas.com.

Whether you like to explore new places, want to learn basic trail skills or have advanced skills to share, please join us. There is no fee to join, but costs will be shared by participants.

Hit the trail in good company ... make some friends ... enjoy fresh air and exercise. Most of all ... have fun!
