Welcome to the Outsetters Club

Check us out at www.outsetters.org - we've existed for about 30 years.

We exist mostly off the web. In ADDITION to members on Meetup, our 80 core members are singles & couples- mostly 55+, adventurous & active. Our events include skiing, snowshoeing, parties, games evenings, movie nights, book club & musical evenings, contra dancing, bowling, golf, etc. in the winter, and summer hiking and camping. We schedule 10-20 meetings a month for local events, & m'be 6 a year for trips, travel, & camping.

There's a small membership cost to cover monthly newsletter & membership in the Federation of Mountain Clubs of BC, but first come on a couple of trips free to try out the club.

We're a warm, friendly, and companionable bunch - comfortable with who we are & easy to get to know. We get to know each other - our eyes light up when we meet. Come to a trip or two and see if we're a match for you.
