Take 2- Kayak/fish west thomspon lake

The view of this small 2-300 acre lake from north near the river mouth. Surrounded by a border of federal and state park, no docks and a horsepower and wake limitation so it is good small craft water. The fishing usually is decent and as long as the wind isn't raging and the sun is out, then its a good paddle. This is to make up for the cancellation last week due to the forecast of thunder and lightening. Pfd's, lights, whistles, brains, the usual.
